The return policy is 30-days after receiving your Fast-Flag for a full refund. All returns will be inspected. The product must be in new condition with no dents, scuffs, marks of any kind with all its accessories and inserts as applicable.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc.
We will refund the cost of the Fast-Flag and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. If there is a mistake with your order, we will do everything to make it right by sending you a replacement flag or issuing you a refund once we receive the incorrect item.
Please note shipping fees will apply if the product is not defective.
Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
