Return Policy

The product must be returned in its original packaging. The product cannot be returned once it is installed. All products must be in new condition with no dents, scuffs, marks of any kind with all its accessories and inserts as applicable.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc.

Fast-Flag will refund the cost of the product and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or a defective product. If there is a mistake with your order, we will do our best to make it right by sending you a replacement product or issuing a refund once we receive the incorrect item.

As every boat is uniquely different, some customization may be required such as custom adaptor plates or brackets, etc. We will work with our customers to assist with the installation issues that may arise. Please contact us for more details.
